Fashion is art-and like all art, it has meaning only if it appeals to you.
Fashion is not about being in, or being cool, or hep, or happening -it's about being you.
It's about celebrating you, about admitting that you like yourself, just the way you are, and that you admire your own choices.
It's about being confident-sheer nerve, really-to bare yourself before the world like the diva that you are and then making yourself vulnerable to the world's scorn, admiration, laughter, worship, whatever.
It's the supreme expression of individuality.
A/N::Rather dogmatic post, but this is in reply to all the people who feel that fashion is not something they understand. Tried to imitate Wilde in this one, but couldn't come up with anything more. Expand!!!
